Terms for using the IVT Solution platform

Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using IVT Solution, creating or using an account, registering a publisher property, or deploying IVT Solution technology, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you use IVT Solution for a business, organization, publisher or website owner, you represent that you are authorized to act for that party in connection with the service.

What IVT Solution provides

IVT Solution provides publisher-side traffic-quality analysis, security and integrity signals, configurable website protection, reporting and supported publisher-side advertising protection workflows.

Features available to an account may depend on the registered property, selected protection mode, account configuration, supported integrations and service availability.

Account information, authority and security

Account users must provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading, and must have authority to register, configure and deploy IVT Solution for the sites or subdomains associated with their account.

• Do not register a property that you do not own, operate or have authority to manage.
• Keep account credentials and security information confidential.
• Do not share access in a way that bypasses configured roles or permissions.
• Notify IVT Solution if you reasonably believe an account or credential has been compromised.

You remain responsible for your websites and traffic

Publishers remain responsible for their websites, applications, content, acquisition channels, advertising relationships, user notices, consent obligations and compliance requirements applicable to their operations.

IVT Solution may assist with publisher-side traffic-quality analysis and protection decisions, but use of the service does not transfer responsibility for a publisher's site, content, traffic sources or advertising account to IVT Solution.

Use the service only for legitimate protection purposes

IVT Solution must not be used to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unauthorized activity.

Registered sites must meet basic content and integrity standards

IVT Solution may refuse or discontinue service for properties whose content or operation creates material legal, security, abuse, integrity or platform-policy risk.

This may include sites or services that:

• contain unlawful content or facilitate unlawful activity;
• contain adult or sexually explicit content where such content is prohibited by applicable law, the relevant advertising platform, or IVT Solution's service requirements;
• infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, or repeatedly distribute content without appropriate authorization;
• use materially misleading, deceptive, impersonating or fraudulent information;
• distribute malware, harmful code, unwanted software or other abusive technical content; or
• are operated primarily to manipulate advertising, traffic-quality, measurement or security systems.

Publishers must follow applicable advertising-platform requirements

Where a publisher uses Google advertising products or another advertising or monetization platform, the publisher is responsible for complying with the policies and requirements applicable to that publisher's use of the relevant platform.

Material or repeated policy violations, or use of IVT Solution in connection with activity intended to evade, conceal or manipulate an advertising platform's controls, may result in restriction or termination of IVT Solution access.

Do not interfere with or manipulate IVT Solution

You may not intentionally interfere with the operation, security, integrity or intended functions of IVT Solution. Prohibited conduct includes attempts to:

• bypass, disable, defeat or manipulate protection, authentication, authorization or security controls;
• probe, scan or test non-public systems or vulnerabilities without prior authorization;
• reverse engineer or attempt to derive non-public detection logic, scoring methods or proprietary service mechanisms except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• falsify, replay, fabricate or manipulate telemetry, traffic signals, requests, events or reporting;
• interfere with service availability or impose unreasonable or abusive load on the platform; or
• copy, alter or deploy site-specific IVT Solution code or configuration for an unauthorized property.

Suspension, restriction and termination

IVT Solution may refuse access, restrict functionality, suspend protection or reporting, disable a deployment, or terminate an account or service relationship where IVT Solution reasonably determines that action is necessary to protect the service, publishers, users, third parties or platform integrity.

Grounds may include false or misleading information, unauthorized properties, prohibited content, copyright or other intellectual-property concerns, deceptive activity, applicable advertising-platform policy concerns, security threats, abuse, attempted circumvention, interference with service functions, or a material violation of these Terms.

IVT Solution may also discontinue offering all or part of the service, or end an account or service relationship, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement that expressly applies to the account.

The service may change over time

IVT Solution may add, modify, limit, replace or discontinue features as the platform develops. Availability may also be affected by maintenance, infrastructure, security events, provider availability or technical conditions.

Unless IVT Solution expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement, these Terms do not create a guaranteed service level, uptime commitment or obligation to maintain a particular feature indefinitely.

External services remain independently controlled

IVT Solution may support or interact with infrastructure, intelligence, advertising or other third-party services. Those services are operated under their own terms, policies, availability and technical controls.

IVT Solution is not responsible for decisions made by an advertising platform or other independent third party, including account review, invalid-traffic classification, monetization eligibility, payment, policy enforcement or service availability.

IVT Solution technology remains protected

IVT Solution's software, website materials, interfaces, branding, documentation and non-public service technology remain subject to applicable intellectual-property and other legal protections.

Access to the service does not transfer ownership of IVT Solution technology or grant permission to reproduce, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service except as expressly authorized.

Traffic-quality analysis is not an absolute guarantee

Traffic-quality and security systems operate on available evidence and technical signals. No system can guarantee identification of every invalid, automated, suspicious or harmful interaction, or guarantee that every legitimate interaction will always be classified as expected.

IVT Solution does not guarantee advertising revenue, monetization approval, removal or prevention of an advertising limitation, or a particular decision by Google or another advertising platform.

Use protection decisions in the context of your own operations

Publishers are responsible for reviewing their configuration, deployment scope, traffic sources and applicable legal or platform obligations. IVT Solution provides technical tools and publisher-side information; publishers remain responsible for decisions and actions outside the IVT Solution service.

Privacy and data handling

IVT Solution's handling of account, publisher and service-related information is described separately in the Privacy Policy.

Publishers remain responsible for privacy notices, consent mechanisms and other obligations applicable to their own websites, users and jurisdictions.

Changes to these Terms

IVT Solution may update these Terms as the service, security requirements or operating practices change. The effective date displayed on this page identifies the current published version.

Continued use of IVT Solution after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
