Privacy Policy

How IVT Solution handles privacy and service data

This Privacy Policy explains how IVT Solution handles information associated with platform accounts, publisher properties, traffic-quality analysis, security, telemetry and related service operations.

Effective: September 13, 2026

IVT Solution is an independent publisher traffic-quality and ad-protection platform. The information processed by the service depends on how a publisher configures its account, registered sites, protection features, reporting and optional integrations. This policy is intended to describe the current categories and purposes of processing without exposing private security logic, credentials or proprietary detection methods.

Scope

Where this Privacy Policy applies

This policy applies to information processed through IVT Solution's website, authenticated dashboard, registered publisher properties and deployed IVT Solution client technology.

It covers both account-level information used to administer the platform and technical information processed when IVT Solution evaluates traffic quality, site protection or publisher-side advertising eligibility.

A publisher's own website may have a separate privacy policy, cookie notice and consent obligations. IVT Solution does not replace those publisher-facing responsibilities.

Information

Information we may process

Account information

Information associated with authorized platform users may include name, email address, account role, billing email, security email and related account settings.

Authentication & security

The service may process login timestamps, login IP addresses, session information, password-security state and account-security verification information.

Publisher properties

We process registered domains, subdomains, site-family relationships, reporting timezone, protection configuration and related publisher-selected settings.

Operational configuration

Where enabled, the platform may process configuration associated with protection, reporting, network intelligence, ad units, placements and supported integrations.

Traffic-quality data

Information processed from protected-site traffic

IVT Solution may process technical and behavioral information necessary to evaluate traffic quality, automation, suspicious interaction patterns, network context, acquisition context, click integrity and publisher-side ad eligibility.

Depending on the configured service and the browser environment, this may include:

  • Site-scoped browser and session identifiers used to associate related service requests.
  • Browser characteristics such as language and supported browser capabilities.
  • Screen or viewport-related characteristics used as technical traffic-quality signals.
  • Timezone and timezone-offset information.
  • Referrer presence and the referring hostname when available.
  • Request timing, repetition, interaction and behavioral telemetry.
  • Network, country or related connection context when available to the service.
  • Publisher-side ad lifecycle observations for configured placements.
  • Security, integrity and traffic-quality classifications derived from available evidence.

IVT Solution is designed to use the referring hostname for acquisition context rather than intentionally retaining full referrer paths and query strings for this purpose.

Raw browser visitor, session and request identifiers are not intended to serve as direct runtime database keys. IVT Solution derives site-scoped internal keys for server-side processing.

Browser storage

Sessions and browser-side storage

IVT Solution may use browser storage and server-side session technology to maintain authenticated sessions, preserve security state and support site-scoped traffic analysis.

The deployed client may use browser-local or session-based storage for limited identifiers and sequencing needed to associate activity within a protected site or browser session.

Authenticated dashboard sessions may use server-managed session cookies. Session configuration is intended to include protections such as HTTP-only handling and SameSite controls where configured.

A separate Cookie Policy may provide additional detail about cookies and similar technologies used by the website and authenticated service.

Purpose

How we use information

IVT Solution may use the information described in this policy to:

  • Provide, operate and secure the IVT Solution platform.
  • Authenticate users and maintain account and session security.
  • Register and manage publisher sites, subdomains and site families.
  • Analyze traffic-quality, automation, behavioral, acquisition, network, reputation and integrity signals.
  • Apply publisher-configured website protection and monetization-eligibility controls according to the active protection mode.
  • Generate publisher-facing security and advertising analytics.
  • Diagnose technical issues and protect the service against abuse, replay, unauthorized access and misuse.
  • Maintain auditability and explain service decisions where supported.
  • Communicate with authorized users about platform access, security or service administration.
Providers

Service providers and optional integrations

IVT Solution may rely on infrastructure, hosting, email, security and technical service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the platform.

Some publisher accounts may also configure external intelligence or infrastructure integrations. Depending on the account and active mode, this may include services such as Cloudflare or ProxyCheck.io.

External intelligence is supplemental to IVT Solution's native traffic-quality processing and is subject to the publisher's configuration and the availability of the relevant provider.

Advertising platforms, including Google or other ad technology providers used by a publisher, operate under their own privacy policies, measurement systems and policy authority. IVT Solution does not represent publisher-side telemetry as official advertising platform measurement.

Sharing

When information may be disclosed

IVT Solution may disclose information only as reasonably necessary for legitimate platform operations, including:

  • To infrastructure and service providers supporting hosting, security, email or technical operations.
  • To configured integration providers where a publisher has enabled the relevant integration and processing is needed for that feature.
  • To authorized users associated with the applicable publisher account, subject to access controls.
  • When required to comply with applicable law, enforce rights, respond to lawful requests or protect the security of users, publishers or the service.

IVT Solution does not publish provider credentials, authentication secrets or private integration keys as part of normal publisher-facing reporting.

Retention

How long information is retained

IVT Solution retains information for periods reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the service, maintaining security, supporting reporting, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and meeting applicable legal obligations.

Different operational records can have different lifecycles. Certain security, request-integrity, session or temporary protection records may expire or be pruned according to their operational purpose, while account, site, reporting or audit information may be retained for longer where necessary for the service.

Because retention can vary by data category, configuration and legal requirement, this policy does not state one universal retention period for all IVT Solution data.

Security

Safeguarding information

IVT Solution uses technical and organizational controls intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

These measures may include authentication controls, role-based access, session protections, encrypted or hashed storage for appropriate account-security data, site-scoped identifiers, provider credential restrictions and audit or security monitoring.

No method of transmission, storage or software operation can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their credentials and report suspected account compromise promptly.

Privacy choices

Privacy rights and requests

Depending on applicable law and the nature of the relationship, individuals may have rights concerning personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction or other legally available privacy choices.

Account users may also be able to update certain information directly through authorized platform functionality.

Requests may be submitted using the contact information below. IVT Solution may need to verify identity, authority or account relationship before fulfilling a request.

For information processed by IVT Solution on behalf of a publisher's protected website, a visitor may need to direct the request to that publisher first. IVT Solution can support an authorized publisher where required by the applicable relationship and law.

Publisher responsibility

Responsibilities of publishers using IVT Solution

Publishers are responsible for determining whether and how IVT Solution should be deployed on their properties and for providing any notices, disclosures, contractual terms or consent mechanisms required for their own websites, audiences and jurisdictions.

Publishers should install only the IVT Solution code generated or authorized for the applicable registered site or subdomain and should configure the service in a manner consistent with their legal and contractual obligations.

International processing

Processing across locations

IVT Solution, its infrastructure and selected service providers may process information in locations other than the location from which a user or website visitor accesses the service.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international data transfers, IVT Solution will seek to use appropriate contractual, technical or legal mechanisms based on the relevant processing relationship.

Updates

Changes to this Privacy Policy

IVT Solution may update this Privacy Policy as the service, legal requirements or data-handling practices evolve.

When the policy is materially updated, the effective date displayed on this page may be revised and additional notice may be provided when appropriate.
